Common Questions
Do you offer framing?
Not at this time — prints ship unframed so you can choose the framing that best fits your space. I'm happy to make recommendations on frame styles that work well for each image.
Can I request a custom size?
Yes. Reach out via the contact form with the image you want and your desired dimensions. Custom sizing is available at pricing based on square inches — just ask.
Do you offer commercial licensing?
Yes. Images are available for editorial, commercial, and advertising use. Contact me directly for licensing terms and pricing — I respond to every inquiry personally.
How are prints shipped?
Smaller prints (up to 16×20) ship flat-packed between rigid boards. Larger prints ship in archival tubes. All shipments are insured and tracked. I ship USPS Priority and UPS domestically.
What's your return policy?
If your print arrives damaged, I'll replace it at no cost — just photograph the damage and reach out within 5 days of delivery. Because prints are made to order, I can't accept returns on undamaged prints.
How long until my print ships?
Most prints ship within 7–10 business days of payment confirmation. I'll keep you updated throughout the process and send tracking as soon as it ships.
